A topical numbing cream will be used to make sure patients are as comfortable as possible during the procedure. Votiva™ technology uses two handheld devices called the Forma V and Fractora V. IS ANESTHESIA USED DURING VOTIVA™?
General or local anesthetic is not required during Votiva™ vaginal rejuvenation. Instead, a topical numbing cream is used to make sure patients are comfortable during their procedure. Ultrasound gel will also be applied to the device to further improve patient comfort.
HOW SOON WILL I NOTICE IMPROVEMENTS FROM VOTIVA™ VAGINAL REJUVENATION?
Results from Votiva™ vaginal rejuvenation can be seen in only a matter of hours after treatment. Although, the best results are typically seen around a few weeks after treatment. Optimal results can appear at varying times for each patient. It is recommended to abstain from intercourse for at least one week after receiving Votiva™ treatment.
